About Yasira
Villa Yasira is a house with soul — a peaceful hideaway just 20 minutes from Marrakech airport and 25 minutes from the city’s vibrant center. Thoughtfully designed as a family home, it’s the perfect retreat for a group of friends or loved ones looking to reconnect, recharge, and enjoy the Moroccan sun in complete privacy.
Spread across three separate buildings, the villa offers a rare sense of space and intimacy at once. It features four king-size bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, TV, and kitchenette with Nespresso machine. One bedroom sits upstairs in the main house with a private balcony. Two others are located in an annex just a few steps away. The fourth is tucked inside a unique independent pavilion — a fun nod to football culture with its bold, FSB-inspired décor.
A home filled with life and stories
At the heart of Villa Yasira is a bright, high-ceilinged living room with two large white sofas — a luminous and cool space during summer days. Behind it, a second, cozier lounge invites late-night conversations around the wood-burning fireplace, facing a curved widescreen TV.

The house opens onto a private garden and a south-facing pool surrounded by sunbeds and greenery. A shaded pool house offers the perfect spot for a relaxed outdoor breakfast. Upstairs, the flat rooftops of the annex buildings have been transformed into a small terrace area, ideal for a drink or stargazing at night, with open views of the snow-dusted Atlas Mountains in winter and spring.
