About Kermossa
Kermossa offers a rare perspective on Marrakech: not from the middle of the action, but from the landscape that surrounds it. Set among olive groves, wheat and potato fields, the villa sits in one of the greener corners of the Marrakech countryside.
The city is around 35 minutes away, while the renowned Jardin Sakina Holistic Centre is just two minutes from the house. It is a setting for guests who want to explore Marrakech by day, then return to a completely different atmosphere.
Kermossa is a compact, characterful home designed to make the most of its connection with the outdoors. Large glass doors open the living room, dining area and open kitchen directly onto the garden, bringing the changing light and greenery of the countryside into the house.
The garden becomes an extension of the living space, with an al fresco dining table tucked beneath the shade of an olive tree. At the far end, a separate guest pavilion adds another layer of privacy to the house.
The result is an easy, intimate home with a distinctly Moroccan sense of place — designed less for formal entertaining than for spending good days together.
