We collect information you enter on our booking assistant, or communicate to your travel agent during phone conversations such as your name, your favored contact details, your travel dates, the number of participants to your trip, age of the children, the services you would like to book in addition to the accommodation. We also use this information to contact you regarding any special offers or services we think you might be interested in. You can unsubscribe from our commercial material at any point.

• Contract signature

As most of our guests plan their stay with other participants, the information collected at this stage extends beyond the main organizer of the trip. This information includes the names of all participants, payment information, and any preferences you would like us to accommodate during your stay. We may share this information, in a limited manner, to a service provider if booked. This information is strictly accessed by authorized staff only. 

After this stage, we also collect feedback and reviews regarding the service provided. We may display this information, with your consent, to future users.

Children personal data 

Our products are not directed nor marketed to children. We do not collect their information unless provided by a parent or a legal guardian, with consent, and deemed relevant to their experience during the stay.
